Privacy Policy
TinyBee is built around a simple rule: do not upload files unless a tool clearly needs server processing and says so before it runs.
Browser-first tools
Many TinyBee tools run directly in your browser. For those tools, files and text do not need to leave your device.
Examples include many text utilities, calculators, generators, developer tools, and browser-supported PDF or image operations.
Files you choose
TinyBee only processes files you choose or text you enter. Do not upload or process files you do not own or do not have permission to use.
Always keep your own backups before modifying important documents.
Server-assisted processing
Some future tools may need server-assisted processing for larger files, unsupported formats, OCR, AI features, or workflows that browsers cannot handle reliably.
When server-assisted processing is enabled, the tool page will clearly label it before processing. Temporary files will be used only for the processing workflow and automatic cleanup.
Analytics and consent
TinyBee may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which tools are useful, where errors happen, and how the interface can be improved.
Optional analytics or advertising storage only runs after consent where required. You can change preferences from the footer.
What TinyBee does not do
TinyBee does not require accounts for core tools, does not sell uploaded files, and does not use browser-only file inputs as a hidden upload step.
TinyBee does not build tools for scraping social platforms or bypassing access controls.
